The updated notification system is live. Please report any issues down in the comments below.
The changes made are as follows:
- Added Expandability.
Yeah that's pretty much it. I am basically now able to just simply flip some numbers around to add in some more notification options.
For example, if I really wanted to, I could notify you of every time someone voted for your server or if someone Rep+ you on your profile.
That would be a little annoying, so there are no plans on that right now, but it's possible and relatively easy.

Yes, Notifications 1.1.
Aka notifications are getting a much needed update that adds expandability. The rollout of this updated system will happen tomorrow evening and will be unnoticeable. Well, unless there's a bug or two.
