We here at Gemini Servers know privacy is always a concern. We want to make sure all information you share with us is as secure as can be.

We collect the minimum required data that will allow us to serve you, all the while, preventing abuse of Services, users, and visitors.
We log visitor IPs temporarily for debug purposes and to prevent and stop various malicious and or inappropriate activities. We may also log visitor IPs from visitors whom are using our server voting feature. The usage of this information helps prevent vote manipulation.
We only require the minimal amount of information, a username (not your real name) and an email address for signing up with the purpose of activating your account, and notification of important events related to your Account or our Services (News, policy changes, your subscribed notifications, etc.) We do not share your email publically on Gemini or with any third-parties.
We do not attach your public IP to your account when you sign up, however, we do grant you the option to enable this as a security feature for your account. Your IP will never be displayed publically and will only ever be viewable from our Admin.
A username is used for public display and recognition on our Services. We do not recommend the use of a real name.
We are legally obligated to comply with copyright law, with 18 USC §2258A (illegal content), and to respond to lawful requests by public authorities, including national security, courts, and law enforcement.
We enable you to submit various forms of content to our Platform. For example: Creating server pages, posting comments, profile pages, voting, social media links, etc.
This information is stored within a database in order to provide these various Services by keeping track of and manipulate parts of the Platform to provide a means of sharing content with the community, changing vote scores, subscribing to members, threads, servers, sending messages to other members, and promoting your other profiles (from other websites or platforms), etc.
As a registered member of Gemini Servers, you have control to rectify or remove what you post, as well as, change your email at anytime. If you are unable to access your account, you may request specific modification or removal of your content or account via our Contact Us Form. Please be aware that public posts, messages, and activities you submitted prior to deleting your account will remain visible to others, unless you remove or request removal of said content.
We may retain internal information as required by law or for protecting against service, member, or visitor abuse.

The Gemini Servers staff will NEVER ask for your password EVER. If someone asks for your password or other info, please immediately notify us. Do not disclose personal information to anyone.
We directly use IP addresses only for our voting system. We may also use your IP to better understand how you and others interact with the website, but we will never share such information with anyone nor any other parties. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
